Ordered a gift for someone. Product was exactly as pictured! She loved it. At first I had a bit of trouble with the tracking number not updating. I reached out to customer service. They responded within 24 hours. They seemed genuinely concerned, investigated the problem, and sent me a new tracking number. The package actually arrived ahead of the estimated delivery date. Based on my first experience with this company, I would definitely order again from them.

I love browsing through the many beautiful items on their site. I also appreciate Sage & Sill's honesty, with each item stating up front the expected ship date range. I placed 2 separate orders. Both arrived within the window. Knowing it might take a while is much better than being disappointed by a late shipment!
